Young Dolph’s Murder Has No Suspects, Feds Reportedly Seek Help From Informants

The Feds are hoping that informants can help them solve Young Dolph’s murder because they don’t have any suspects yet.

TMZ reported that federal agents have a few new leads after interviewing informants about the fatal shooting in Memphis.

Authorities are hoping to make a probable clause arrest with the new information they learned.

The Memphis Police Department is taking their investigation to the streets. Memphis PD Sgt. Louis Brownlee told the tabloid that they received a few tips on Young Dolph’s murder, but nothing led to an arrest.

As previously reported, Young Dolph was gunned down following a routine visit to Makeda’s Butter Cookies in his hometown.

The store’s owner told Fox13 that Dolph entered the store to buy cookies, then someone drove up and shot and killed him around 1 p.m. Young Dolph was at the shop a week ago promoting the business. When police arrived at the scene Young Dolph’s Lamborghini sat in the parking lot, Dolph was only 36 years old.

In 2015, Dolph was previously involved in two shootings in 2017, one in Charlotte, North Carolina, when he was shot 100 times, and another in Los Angeles, California, outside of a hotel.

The rapper cracked the Billboard Hot 100 chart with his guest spot on O.T. Genasis’ “Cut It.” Since then, the Memphis rapper went on to work with T.I., 2 Chainz, Juicy J, Jeezy, Rick Ross, Mike Will Made-It, and many others.

Condolences and prayers came in on social media from the likes of former NFL star Deion Sanders, Gucci Mane, and Megan Thee Stallion.

He is survived by his wife, Mia Jaye, and two children.
