The first trailer for Mister Rogers’ biopic, Won’t You Be My Neighbor?, was released today.
The documentary showcases the life and impact of Fred Rogers, who inspired generations of children through his beloved educational series, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.
Although the flick isn’t slate for release until June 8th, fans are already expressing how much the trailer alone moved them:
Here I am, sitting on bed watching a video and sobbing like a child. The reason this Mister Rodgers trailer is so moving to me is because this man was one of the greatest and most positive shaping forces on my childhood. https://t.co/ELYQP7dQiN

Mister Rogers passed away in 2003, but he left his mark in entertainment and in culture with his kindness and gentle soul.
