Judge Denies A$AP Rocky's Restraining Order Against Obsessed Fan

A$AP Rocky fears for his life because of a woman he claims has been harassing him for two years, but a judge denied his restraining order.

The Harlem rapper requested a temporary restraining order against a Los Angeles woman named, Micaela Jimenez, who the rapper claims showed up to his home uninvited on numerous occasions.

According to TMZ, the court documents claim Jiminez “has been relentless in her fixation with me and my whereabouts.” She’s even contacted his friends and family members. She slept in a car near his home and then claimed they were married.

Last month she showed up at his house, demanded to see him, and threatened to force her way inside of his house. She eventually left after the security asked her to, and she yelled, “F**k you! I’ll be back again!”

She made it all the way to his master bedroom in June 2018. Jimenez allegedly punched his assistant in the face and raced to his room. “I was startled, jumped up, and began to resist [her] advances,” Rocky claims. She eventually was escorted out by security, and his assistant filed a police report.

Another incident was during a December 2018 performance at Midnight Rave. The rapper claims there’s video footage supporting that she approached him at the mosh pit and hugged him from behind. That same night, she ended up in his car. She “jumped in without my permission landing on my lap while I was in the backseat. I was startled, shocked and fear for my safety,” Rocky recalled in the court documents.

Despite all of this, A$AP Rocky has to wait until a court hearing next month to ensure his safety. Authorities claim it’s not illegal for Jiminez to sleep in her car, and the threat appears to be to his friends and security, not him personally.
