World Leaders Criticize ‘Disgraceful’ Attack at US Capitol

Leaders from around the world shared their thoughts after a mob stormed the US Capitol on Wednesday afternoon. The capitol hill events continue to shock not only US citizens, but the world! Reactions from politicians, such as prime ministers, varied from Canada o India.

Canadain PM Justin Trudeau shared a tweet yesterday stating that Canadians were “deeply disturbed.”

The Prime Minister of India tweeted:

In addition,  the President of Zimbabwe shared his thoughts as well regarding Trumps’ presidency.

Some would say the responses from these leaders an embarrassing.  Their criticism comes after Trump Supporters violently breached the capitol. The protest, organized by Trump and many supporters, led to damages, arrests, and deaths. Many have compared the riot to the BLM protests from last year.

U.S. Senators are currently pressing the usage of the 25th Amendment. We’re curious to know your thoughts on the responses from world leaders.

Let us know in the comments and stay tuned for more.
