Lil Baby has previously exhibited some eyebrow-raising behavior on-camera during interviews which led many fans to believe that he is apart of the list of rappers who dabble in opioids.
The Atlanta rapper took to Twitter to debunk the rumors once again. “I don’t take Percocets!!” Lil Baby tweeted early in the morning on Wednesday.
I don’t take Percocets ‼️

But of course, Black Twitter is ruthless, and revisited times where his actions would say otherwise.

The claims were resurfaced following Baby’s recent interview on The Breakfast Club showing him playing with a closed water bottle.
Perks got Lil Baby up against the ropes whooping his mfin ass.

The My Turn rapper is also aware that his lyrics support these speculations. This is the reason he’s making a conscious decision to not make any drug-related references in his new music because he wants his fans to know it’s a drug-free zone.
“I’m trying. Because I done rapped about drugs that I don’t even take. People think I take ’em and then people take ’em thinking I take ’em. Like popping Percs [Percocet]. I don’t pop Percs—period,” Lil Baby said in an interview with The New York Times. “Every now and then, I used to take a half of one, but I say it in my raps because I might pop one and that’s what’s going on.”
We’ll get to hear the QC artist flex his new rapping chops on his forthcoming project, Lamborghini Boys, which will only feature artists with Lambos.
