Kenan Thompson is finally reaping the benefits for all the work he’s put in the past two decades.
The Saturday Night Live star landed his own series, The Kenan Show, which he will also executive produce alongside Chris Rock. The show is written by Jackie Clarke.
The single-camera comedy was picked up in May and was finally placed back in order to give the legend time to manage his workload. He doesn’t plan on leaving SNL, so fans will get the opportunity to see him twice on the small screen.
Deadline reports The Kenan Show now known as Saving Kenan, follows Thompson as he tries to be the best dad he can be to two little girls played by Dani Lockett and Dannah Lockett.
