Young Thug Reportedly Paid $200K Bail for his Crew Following Arrest

Young Thug had to pay a pretty penny after five people from his entourage was arrested for gun possession at a party about a week ago. The 27-year-old rapper reportedly took care of their ball as well as their lawyer fees. As indicated by TMZ the bail alone was nearly $200K, as one person (who allegedly had an AK-47) cost $50,000 to be released from jail, while the remaining four were being held at $35,000 each. TMZ reported that the five men had attorneys sitting tight for them at the prison, alongside a bail bondsman, approximately 12 hours after their arrests.

Aside from the six-figure total detailed above, the legal fees are starting at $7,000 a person as per TMZ.

The five men were arrested for alleged possession of numerous weapons at a birthday/Slime Language release party at Dave and Buster’s in Hollywood. Law enforcement claim they found the weapons in a vehicle that belonged to an individual from Thug’s group who hit a police cruiser soon after leaving the gathering.

Sources near Young Thug countered that claim by saying that they were inside of the party in Dave and Buster’s when cops came in telling them to step outside because they’re getting arrested. They doubled down on their argument insisting that two of the individuals have license to carry but was still arrested with the others due to “carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle.”
