“The indictment includes charges of conspiring to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, murder, armed robbery, participation in criminal street gang activity,” he tweeted.
Seiden posted a photo of Young Thug getting carried into custody Monday evening.
Seiden continued, “According to 56 count indictment, @youngthug is facing charges of participation in street gang activity and conspiring to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.”
Seiden claims he got his hand on the 88-page indictment, and there are serious claims against Thugger. The “Hot” rapper “is accused of renting a 2014 Infiniti Q50 sedan from @Hertz, which was used in the commission of the murder of Donovan Thomas, Jr., a rival gang member, on 1-10-15, according to the indictment,” he tweeted.
Additionally, “Prosecutors allege that two associates of YSL, CHRISTIAN EPPINGER, and ANTONIO SUMLIN, worked to get [the] permission of @youngthug to make a 2nd attempt to murder @YFNLUCCI while he’s jailed in Fulton County.”
Prosecutors charged Gunna with “one count of conspiring to violate (RICO)” and are using his lyrics in his verse on Lil Keed’s “Fox 5” as evidence against him. “We got ten-hundred round choppers,” the Atlanta native rapped while wearing a YSL and Slatt pendant.
The YSL indictment comes four months after Gunna’s critically-acclaimed album, DS4Ever, and sent shockwaves through the Hip Hop community. Last week, Gunna attended the Meta Gala donning a 20-carat diamond chain encrusted with his signature P in partnership with global crypto platform Ledger.
